I want to let you know that I am impressed with you and all of the people at Grayzone. Keep it up. I just watched your almost 2 hr. stream with Anya and Wyatt.
I’m a retired teacher/counselor, spent decades in public schools, started working with Mexicans in the migrant camps in southern illinois in the 1970s, fluent in Spanish, our daughter was raised bilingual, now 30. We’re back on our family farm in central illinois growing mushrooms and running our sawmill.
One question/suggestion: please help us learn how to talk, engage,bridge with the rednecks. They are humans too, neighbors– each struggling with his/her own addictions… food, liquids, smokes, screens.
One more suggestion: see if you can get more of Gabor Mate. He holds one of the keys to our transformation. “Know thyself”, he can metor all of you (and me and us). If you combine his knowledge of the self with you all’s deep and penetrating and courageous reporting you will form a unique brand that the world desperately needs: a road map forward.
